Do you have a minimum order requirement? TOP

If you are ordering from www.LuciLulu.com, we do not have a minimum order requirement. 

What does "Currently sold in 5 Yard lengths" mean? TOP

The majority of our ribbons are sold in increments of 5 yards.  The price you see listed is the price for the 5 total yards.  For example, if you are ordering 5 yards of 3/8"Solid Grosgrain, you would enter Qty. 1 and the price would be $.95.  If you are ordering 10 yards of 3/8" Solid Grosgrain, you would enter Qty. 2, and so forth.

Is your site secure? TOP

Yes. Luci Lulu is secured with a Mals-e Web Server Certificate.  Transactions on our site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer "SSL" encryption .  In addition, credit card information is sent to us in an encrypted/scrambled format and is 100% secure.  We do not keep your credit card information on file.
 

How do I place an online order? TOP

As you see items that you would like to add to your shopping cart, simply enter in the desired Quantity and hit the "Order" button.  When you are finished shopping, click on "Shopping Cart" at the bottom left of the screen.  Review your order for accuracy and then select "Go To Payments" button or the "PayPal" button.  You will be taken through our secure checkout system.  Your order is not complete until you confirm the payment.

How do I make changes to my Shopping Cart? TOP

Click on "Shopping Cart" at the bottom left of your screen.  Review your order.  To make changes, change an item's quantity to the new desired quantity and hit "Recalculate".  To remove an item from your order, change the quantity to 0 and hit "Recalculate".

Some of the items in my Shopping Cart are now showing as unavailable. What should I do? TOP

We do our best to maintain stock, but unfortunately we do run out of items.  To proceed with your order, change the quantity to 0 and hit "Recalculate".

How will my package be shipped? TOP

If you are placing your order on www.LuciLulu.com, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  UPS is available and used for larger orders. If you would like UPS, send us a note with your order.  We'll notify you of the additional charge for your approval.

How long will it take my package to arrive? TOP

We ship packages out very quickly.  For all in stock products, generally it takes 1 business day (M-F) for your order to ship.  If we are running a sale, your order may take 2 business days to ship.  It will then take 1 to 5 business days to reach you, depending on where you live.  If an item is backordered, you will be sent a message with the estimated ship date.  Our vendors ship quickly so we can usually fill a backorder within a week of ordering.

How long will it take my International Package to arrive? TOP

It takes 1 to 2 business days for your order to ship.  It will then take 2 to 4 weeks to reach you.

What is your ribbon made of? TOP

The majority of our ribbon is made from 100% Polyester. Most is machine washable or Dry Cleanable and colorfast. 

How can I check the status of my order? TOP

After your order has shipped, you should receive an e-mail with your Delivery Confirmation Number.  You may also select "Order Tracking" and follow the prompts.  If your order has been shipped, it will be indicated there.   

Can I place an order over the phone? TOP

Yes.  Please give us a call at (931) 273-8496 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. C.S.T., Monday through Friday. During holidays seasons, sometimes we are available on Saturdays.

I am having trouble placing an order. What can I do? TOP

We apologize for any trouble you may experience while trying to place an order.  Please give us a call at (931) 273-8496 and we will do our best to help you.  Sometimes older versions of web browsers have difficulty.  We will be happy to complete the order manually.

How can I pay for my order? TOP

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept all payments through PayPal.

How do I pay with PayPal? TOP

After your Shopping Cart is full, click on "Shopping Cart" at the bottom left of your screen.  Review your order and then click the "Go To Payments" button.  In the middle of the next screen there is a PayPal button.  Click on that button and go through the entire PayPal Checkout process.  You will be brought back to our website where you can finalize the order.
